About Eatons’ Ranch and Helpful Info

Eatons’ Ranch is celebrating over 140 years of the ranching lifestyle! The oldest dude ranch in the United States begun with 3 brothers, Howard, Willis and Alden in 1879 in Medora, ND. They moved in 1904 to the current Wolf location for a more suitable riding terrain for their ever-growing number of guests. Here’s where we’ve been ever since and we’re excited to welcome another season of dude ranch visitors each year, June through September.
